The customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the general terms and conditions of sale hereafter. The confirmation of the order form by clicking on “order” constitutes the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
It is expressly agreed that the goods remain the property of the Cave de Fleurie until they have been paid for in full, in principal and interest, under Law 80/335 of 12 May 1980.
Customers and Territory
Our online sales, like our mail order sales, only relate to shipments within mainland France. For all other destinations (Corse, DOM-TOM, autre pays), please contact us.
The characteristics of the products on sale are described on the Cave de Fleurie website. The Cave de Fleurie cannot be held responsible for any errors in these descriptions. The products offered by the Cave de Fleurie are available until depletion of stocks. The vintages are guaranteed while stocks last. If a vintage is sold out, the Cave de Fleurie will deliver the next available vintage.
Due to packaging constraints, please note that the order unit is cases of 6 bottles (75cls), 3 bottles for magnums, 2 bottles for Jeroboams and a single unit for bag-in-boxes.
Payment terms and methods
Payment is required at the time of order placement. To be processed and shipped, all orders must be accompanied by full payment for the goods. Payment can only be effected by credit card (secure online payment).
The confirmation of the order form by clicking on “order” constitutes an electronic signature which has the same value as a handwritten signature between the parties.
Delivery time and process
The delivery lead time is around ten business days, however, this lead time is not contractually binding. Consequently, any delay in delivery does not give the customer the right to cancel the order or claim damages or penalties. The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form. The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage occurred in transit on the delivery note, as well as to the Cave de Fleurie within 48 hours of receipt of the package containing the products ordered. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged products, discrepancy between the products delivered and those listed on the delivery note, damaged packaging, number of broken bottles, etc.) must be noted on the delivery note, in the form of “handwritten reservations” and accompanied by the customer’s signature. No complaints will be accepted after this deadline.

Satisfied or your money back
The customer has 7 business days in which to return the unwanted products at the customer’s own expense. This 7 day period runs from the date of delivery. The Cave de Fleurie must be notified in advance of any returns, either by telephone: +00 (0)4 74 04 11 70 or by email: email@example.com
The products must be returned, in their entirety, intact, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, to the following address: Cave de Fleurie – Rue des Vendanges – 69820 Fleurie
Damaged or incomplete returned cases will not be accepted. If exercising his/her “right of retraction”, the customer can request either a full refund or an exchange of the product. In the event of an exchange, the customer must bear the costs of the new shipment. When the customer is not exercising his/her “right of retraction”, the Cave de Fleurie will make arrangements to refund the customer within 15 days. The refund will be made directly into the customer’s bank account (secure transaction) or by cheque.
In the case of a dispute or litigation, the Tribunal de Commerce (Commercial Court) of Villefranche Sur Saône (Rhône) shall have sole jurisdiction.
